Job summary
CANTAL SWITCHGEAR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced multi-stack programmer to maintain, develop, and support our core ERP system, legacy platforms, automation tools, and CAD/DXF workflows.

Qualifications
- Experience with CAD platforms and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with YOLO or document detection is a plus.
- Ability to learn legacy systems quickly and work across stacks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize SMILE ERP system (Access/PostgreSQL)
- Support legacy VFP8 systems during transition periods
- Develop Python tools for automation, data extraction, and reporting
- Build and maintain DXF processing pipelines (parsing, validation, visualization)
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives (OCR, component detection, scheduling)
- Provide production support for ERP outages
- Document code, processes, and system architecture
- Perform other relevant duties or projects as assigned by Superior
