• Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability through regular analysis and optimization.

• Stay current with relevant technologies, tools, frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or are lated discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in software development, application engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Strong programming capability in one or more languages such as Python, C#, or similar.
• Understanding of software development life cycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with databases, APIs, version control systems, and modern development tools.
• Ability to analyse technical problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Chat GPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to accelerate software development, generate technical documentation, support code reviews, or improve productivity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is added advantage
