Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of job-related experience or 5–7 years in management, preferably in applications engineering or a related field.
• Programming Language Certifications (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Provides direct leadership for a team of software developers and coordinates cross-functional projects.
• Defines and executes the technical strategy for software applications and recommends technologies and tools.
• Manages the product delivery roadmap and sprint planning with engineering and product teams.
• Monitors application performance, scalability, and reliability and resolves bottlenecks.

• Communicates project status and escalates issues to management and partners.

**Description -****Job Summary** • This role is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and support of software applications within the organization. The role involves managing a team of software developers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that software applications meet user requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.
