Job summary

LJ DESIGN in Singapore is seeking a Lead Engineer to guide engineering teams in building, deploying, and maintaining software products while managing people, projects, and stakeholder relationships.

You will hire and mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews and career planning, ensure CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and security practices, and oversee sprint planning and delivery to meet goals. This role reports to executives and drives ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or managing direct reports.
• Experience with CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing, and security practices.

• Conduct performance reviews and define career growth paths to enhance team development and morale.
