The role requires a leader with strong technical depth, product judgment, and experience building high-performing teams. Working closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders, you will shape the product roadmap, strengthen engineering capabilities, and drive accountability from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities

- Own the product lifecycle: Guide customer discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement, with clear measures of success.
- Drive business outcomes: Balance customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, and investment requirements when making product and technology decisions.
- Set technical direction: Oversee architecture, platform development, and engineering standards to support scalability, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Strengthen execution: Establish clear ownership and effective planning across product and engineering, improving delivery predictability, quality, and speed.
- Build and develop teams: Hire, coach, and retain engineering and product leaders, strengthen succession planning, and create a culture of ownership and collaboration.
- Champion customer insight and experimentation: Use research, analytics, and experimentation to validate opportunities and evaluate product performance.
- Lead resource allocation: Manage budgets, organizational design, and capacity planning, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term capability building.
- Partner across the business: Work closely with commercial, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve trade-offs and communicate progress, risks, and investment decisions.
- Advance innovation: Assess and adopt emerging technologies, including AI, where they improve customer experiences, product capabilities, or team effectiveness.
