Job summary

You will drive architectural decisions, collaborate with leadership, and help evolve standards and governance. Strong experience with AI agents and cloud-native systems is required.

As a Software Development Consultant, you will:

• Serve as a technical leader, with a strong focus on modern software solutions involving Artificial Intelligence and distributed systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications, with significant hands‑on contributions to both frontend and scalable backend development.
• Lead or conduct code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality, security, maintainability, and engineering excellence.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI‑powered solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud‑based AI/ML services.
• Contribute to the design of modern software architectures, including cloud‑native, event‑driven, and microservices‑based systems.
• Participate in the development of technical proposals, ensuring the proposed solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Share technical expertise through mentoring, training sessions, architecture discussions, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Help define and evolve engineering standards, software development best practices, and technical governance.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, particularly within the Generative AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with technical and product leadership to deliver business value and successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.
• Extensive experience in full‑stack software development.

Core Technical Skills

Frontend

• Advanced experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.

Backend

• Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS or Express) or Python (FastAPI, Django).
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building microservices‑based architectures.

Artificial Intelligence & AI Agents

• Hands‑on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent development.
• Experience using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and AI pipelines.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience using cloud services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS, Amazon S3, API Gateway, Azure Functions, and Azure App Service.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.

Databases

• Experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.

Additional Skills

• Proficiency with Git for source code management.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI architectures in production environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and AI observability.
• Experience with streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or Amazon Kinesis.
• Experience building highly scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• Previous experience in consulting or working directly with enterprise clients.
