Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking a seasoned Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy production-grade AI applications. The role focuses on Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and agentic workflows to automate enterprise processes.

The candidate will work on AI agents, tool calls, and enterprise integrations, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, GenAI, LLMs, and AI agent development.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy production-grade AI applications and intelligent agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, MCP, Azure AI services, Microsoft Teams Bot Development, and REST API integration.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations.

Experience: 5+ years overall, with strong hands-on experience in Python, GenAI, LLMs, and AI Agent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
• Build intelligent AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop agentic workflows for task automation, reasoning, decision-making, tool calling, and enterprise process orchestration.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and contextual responses.
• Work with Azure AI Search and vector databases to design scalable semantic and vector search solutions.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, including structured prompts, system prompts, few-shot prompting, and prompt templates.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to connect AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, data sources, and external services.
• Develop Microsoft Teams Bots and conversational AI solutions integrated with enterprise applications.
• Design interactive Adaptive Cards for Microsoft Teams and other conversational interfaces.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Develop workflow orchestration mechanisms for complex AI-agent tasks and business processes.
• Build reusable tools, functions, APIs, and services that can be consumed by AI agents.
• Deploy AI solutions into production Azure environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production AI applications, APIs, agents, and workflows.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Evaluate LLM performance, response quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Implement appropriate security, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Continuously evaluate emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, and AI orchestration technologies and recommend improvements.
