Job summary

Radixeng Software Development Consultant (Singapore) is hiring a technically adept professional to lead and contribute across full-stack development, AI integration, and modern cloud-native architectures. You'll work with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI frameworks, delivering scalable solutions for international clients.

From frontend to backend, you will design, code, review, and mentor, shaping engineering standards and governance while staying aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader, with a strong focus on modern software solutions involving AI and distributed systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications with hands-on frontend and backend work.

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud services.

As a Software Development Consultant, you will:

• Serve as a technical leader, with a strong focus on modern software solutions involving Artificial Intelligence and distributed systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications, with significant hands‑on contributions to both frontend and scalable backend development.
• Lead or conduct code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality, security, maintainability, and engineering excellence.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud‑based AI/ML services.
• Contribute to the design of modern software architectures, including cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices‑based systems.
• Participate in the development of technical proposals, ensuring the proposed solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Share technical expertise through mentoring, training sessions, architecture discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Help define and evolve engineering standards, software development best practices, and technical governance.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, particularly within the Generative AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with technical and product leadership to deliver business value and successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.

Core Technical Skills

Frontend

• Advanced experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
• Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS or Express) or Python (FastAPI, Django).
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building microservices‑based architectures.

Artificial Intelligence & AI Agents

• Hands‑on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent development.
• Experience using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and AI pipelines.
• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience using cloud services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS, Amazon S3, API Gateway, Azure Functions, and Azure App Service.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.

Databases

• Experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.

Additional Skills

• Proficiency with Git for source code management.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying Generative AI architectures in production environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and AI observability.
• Experience with streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or Amazon Kinesis.
• Experience building highly scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• Previous experience in consulting or working directly with enterprise clients.
