Job summary

Riskdata Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Software & Applications Manager to lead technology solutions for banking and regulatory reporting. You will oversee Basel 4 initiatives and wider risk applications, coordinating across risk, finance, modeling, and operations teams.

The candidate should have extensive experience in regulatory technology, solution delivery, and data governance to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in banking, financial services, or technology.
• Strong experience in banking applications, regulatory technology, and solution delivery.
• Good knowledge of Basel 4 / MAS637, ICAAP, LCR, and NSFR.
• Understanding of credit risk, operational risk, market risk, and liquidity risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage software applications supporting banking and regulatory requirements.
• Lead analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, and enhancement.
• Support Basel 4 (MAS637), ICAAP, LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, and IRRBB initiatives.
• Work on solutions covering credit, operational, market, and liquidity risk.
• Analyze data gaps and improve sourcing, integration, and reconciliation.
• Ensure regulatory applications provide accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with risk, finance, modeling, reporting, operations, and technology teams.
• Manage software vendors and monitoring delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Support enhancements and regulatory change initiatives.
• Provide technology guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
