JEET ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced software and applications manager to lead banking applications and regulatory reporting initiatives, guiding development across the SDLC and coordinating with business and technology stakeholders.

This senior role manages technical teams, ensures security and quality standards, and delivers MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting solutions using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Oracle and ETL tools in a cloud-enabled, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software/application development and technology delivery.
• Experience in banking/financial services with regulatory reporting.
• MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, Python and SQL databases.
• Experience with SDLC, architectures, testing, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead software application development, enhancement, and delivery projects.

We are looking for an experienced software and applications manager with strong expertise in banking applications, regulatory reporting, software development, data management, and project delivery.

The role will involve managing application development and enhancement initiatives supporting MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting, working closely with business and technology stakeholders, and leading solutions throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software application development, enhancement, and implementation projects.
• Manage technical teams and provide solution architecture and technical guidance.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support regulatory reporting applications, including MAS/HKMA requirements.
• Manage SDLC activities including requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Lead data extraction, transformation, and integration using SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, and Informatica.
• Perform production incident analysis, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Coordinate project releases, cutover activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure applications meet security, quality, architecture, and development standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and technical deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in software/application development and technology delivery.
• Strong experience in banking / financial services, preferably regulatory reporting.
• Experience with MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting is highly preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and Python.
• Strong database experience in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Good experience in SSIS, Informatica, ETL, and data integration.
• Experience with Control-M, Jenkins, Git, and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, application architecture, testing, and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
