Job summary

REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Software and Applications Manager to lead banking regulatory reporting and data-management initiatives. The role covers application development, enhancement and SDLC delivery across MAS/HKMA requirements, with strong architecture guidance for technical teams.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure security, quality and timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software/application development and technology delivery.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, preferably regulatory reporting.
• MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead software application development, enhancement and implementation projects.
• Manage technical teams and provide solution architecture and technical guidance.

• Support regulatory reporting applications, including MAS/HKMA requirements.

• Perform production incident analysis, root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate project releases, cutover activities and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure applications meet security, quality, architecture and development standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines and technical deliverables.

We are looking for an experienced Software and Applications Manager with strong expertise in banking applications, regulatory reporting, software development, data management and project delivery.

The role will involve managing application development and enhancement initiatives supporting MAS/HKMA regulatory reporting, working closely with business and technology stakeholders, and leading solutions throughout the SDLC.

• Good experience in SSIS, Informatica, ETL and data integration.
• Experience with Control-M, Jenkins, Git and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, application architecture, testing and production support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
