Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or technology.
• Strong experience in banking applications, regulatory technology, and solution delivery.
• Knowledge of Basel 4 / MAS637, ICAAP, LCR, and NSFR.
• Understanding of credit risk, operational risk, market risk, and liquidity risk.
• Experience in analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• Experience managing software vendors and technology partners.
• Knowledge of data governance, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
