Job summary

REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Software & Applications Manager to lead banking and regulatory technology initiatives in Singapore.

You will oversee Basel 4 (MAS637), ICAAP, LCR, NSFR, and related regulatory reporting, aligning technology solutions with risk, finance, modeling, and operations teams. The role requires 15+ years in banking or tech, strong vendor management, and proven ability to deliver complex regulatory projects from analysis to implementation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or technology.
• Deep knowledge of Basel 4 / MAS637, ICAAP, LCR, NSFR, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in application analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Experience managing software vendors and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage software applications supporting banking and regulatory requirements.
