Job summary

Riskdata Consulting seeks an experienced Software & Applications Manager to lead banking and regulatory technology initiatives. You will oversee Basel 4, ICAAP, LCR/NSFR reporting and risk data solutions, collaborating with risk, finance, modeling and IT teams.

The role requires deep domain knowledge and a track record delivering regulatory technology and solution delivery across banking platforms. You will drive automation and efficiency while ensuring accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or technology.
• Strong background in banking applications and regulatory reporting.
• Experience delivering complex regulatory projects (Basel 4, MAS637, ICAAP).
• Knowledge of Basel 4 / MAS637, ICAAP, LCR, NSFR and risk domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver software applications supporting banking and regulatory requirements.
• Lead analysis, solution design, implementation, testing and enhancement.
• Support Basel 4 (MAS637), ICAAP, LCR, NSFR initiatives.
• Work on credit, operational, market, and liquidity risk solutions.
• Analyze data gaps and improve data sourcing, integration and reconciliation.
• Ensure regulatory reporting is accurate and reliable.
• Manage software vendors and technology partners.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
