Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a social services caseworker to manage individual cases and coordinate with Probation Officers, CPOs, families and schools.

This role requires a degree in Social Work and 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on documentation, stakeholder engagement, and timely progress reviews. You will work five days a week (Mon–Fri), 9am–6pm, at the Buangkok location, and contribute to community reintegration projects while handling

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting
• Experience in case management and liaison with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Individulised case management and conduct orientation for cases, develop intervention goals and timelines
• Collaborate with Probation Officers, Child Protection Officers and families, schools and employers
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders and CSO agencies for reintegration efforts
• Prepare for, attend and present cases at platforms to update on progress
• Maintain casework documentation for all records
• Coordinate with Hostel Operations & Development Department for daily movement scheduling
• Conduct and participate in group work for residents
• Support ad-hoc duties as needed
