Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified social work professional to manage individual cases and coordinate with Probation Officers and Child Protection Officers from Buangkok, Singapore.

Working hours are 9–6, Monday to Friday, with a 5-day work week and a salary range of SGD 3,200 to SGD 4,400 per month. You will develop partnerships with families, schools, employers and CSO agencies to support reintegration efforts, prepare for and present cases at various platforms, and

Qualifications

Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting.
Experience in case management and liaison with external stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

Individualised case management, including conduct orientation and development of intervention goals.
Work closely with Probation Officers and Child Protection Officers for co-case management and other stakeholders.
Develop partnerships with employers, schools, CSO agencies and communities for reintegration.
Prepare for, attend and present cases at platforms to update on intervention progress.
Casework documentation for all case records.
Liaise with Hostel Operations & Development Department to schedule daily movement.
Conduct and participate in group work for residents.
Support in other ad-hoc duties as needed.
