Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting

Responsibilities

• Individualised case management and conduct orientation for cases.
• Collaborate with Probation Officers and Child Protection Officers for co-case management with families, schools and employers.
• Develop partnerships with employers, schools, CSO agencies and community partners.
• Prepare for, attend and present cases at platforms to update on progress.
• Document all case-related records accurately.
• Liaise with Hostel Operations to schedule daily movements.
• Conduct and participate in group work for residents.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
