Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a social worker to perform individualised case management, coordinate with probation and child protection officers, and build partnerships with employers, schools and CSO agencies for residents’ reintegration.

The role requires a degree in social work and 2 years of relevant experience, a 5-day work week (Mon–Fri), 9–6 schedule, and reporting at Buangkok location with salary SGD 3,850–SGD 5,300 per month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting

Responsibilities

• Individualised case management and develop intervention goals.
• Coordinate with Probation Officers and Child Protection Officers for co-case management and other stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships with employers, schools and CSO agencies for reintegration.
• Prepare for, attend and present cases at platforms to update on progress.
• Casework documentation for all case related records.
• Liaise with Hostel Operations & Development Department to schedule daily movement.
• Conduct and participate in group work for residents.
• Support in ad-hoc duties assigned as needed.
