Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated social work assistant to provide administrative and operational support for the department. You will conduct intake interviews, perform financial assessments, and assist patients and families in accessing financial assistance schemes.

You will also support discharge planning, coordinate care through referrals, and assist Medical Social Workers with case management tasks such as translation, escorts, and home visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Experience in healthcare or social services is a plus.

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience in social work, healthcare, community care, or related settings is an added advantage.
