About the role

As the Social Media Marketing Specialist at Tassets Training Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital presence and engagement across various social media platforms. In this full-time position based in the Queenstown Central Region, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to support the company's marketing and brand objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and grow Tassets Training Group's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
2. Create and curate engaging, on-brand content to increase social media following, reach, and engagement
3. Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to promote the company's products, services, and events
4. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategy
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities are aligned with the overall marketing plan
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve the company's social media presence

What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful social media campaigns
