WITH LOVE YUMI is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and communicate with our online community. The role is hands-on with content creation, social media posting, and responding to customers.

The ideal candidate is comfortable being hands-on with content creation, social media posting, and responding to customers, while ensuring content aligns with brand campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Creative with a good eye for aesthetics, photography, and video content.
• Comfortable filming and creating content using a phone.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Able to respond to customers professionally and confidently.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet content deadlines.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Interest in beauty, bridal, fashion, or lifestyle content is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content including photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with the brand image, campaigns, promotions, and current trends.
• Take and edit basic photos and videos for social media.
• Write captions, create Stories, and prepare content for scheduled posting.
• Monitor social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and relevant content opportunities.
• Respond to Instagram/Facebook/TikTok DMs, comments, enquiries, and customer messages promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers through social media and direct enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, launches, events, photoshoots, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and online presence.
• Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Work closely with the management and operations team to ensure content and promotions are aligned with business priorities.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks when required.
