Job summary

ONE HR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a creative Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant to support social media, e-commerce and retail activities.

You will create content for TikTok, Instagram and other channels, plan TikTok Live, and help develop campaigns for new products and seasonal events. Proficiency with Shopify, Canva, and Canva/Adobe tools is needed. A marketing or related diploma is preferred and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications or related field preferred.
• Candidates with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends.
• Shopify experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite and content creation.
• Good written and spoken English for content creation and day-to-day business communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Plan and participate in TikTok Live, including product presentation and customer engagement.
• Develop marketing campaigns for new products, seasonal events, promotions and slow-moving stock.
• Coordinate online, in-store and mall marketing activities and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Create basic marketing artwork, videos and promotional content using Canva, Adobe or other tools.
• Manage and update Shopify, including products, promotions, collections and online merchandising.
• Monitor sales, stock and campaign performance and suggest promotional ideas.
• Support retail operations, including customer service, product recommendations, upselling and merchandising.
• Keep up with social media and consumer trends and introduce fresh ideas to increase brand awareness.
