Job summary

KINSURGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative content creator for a 6–12 month hybrid role in Singapore.

You will ideate concepts for TikTok and Instagram Reels, shoot and edit vertical videos on a smartphone using Canva/CapCut, and craft compelling captions. You’ll track engagement and sales metrics to refine future content. Prior professional experience or diplomas are not strictly required; transferable design and editing capabilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Canva and CapCut for design and editing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels formats.
• Ability to brainstorm and pitch engaging hooks and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Ideation: brainstorm hooks, concepts and calendars for TikTok and Reels.
• Production: shoot high-converting vertical videos and photos using a smartphone.
• Post-Production: edit with Canva/CapCut and similar tools.
• Management: write copy, schedule posts and monitor performance against e-commerce metrics.
• Optimisation: analyse performance data to improve future videos.

If your camera roll is full of content ideas, you spot trends before everyone else, and you genuinely enjoy turning concepts into videos people actually want to watch, we should talk.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch creative hooks, concepts, and content calendars for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Production: Shoot aesthetic, high-converting photos and vertical videos using a smartphone.
• Post-Production: Are highly proficient in Canva, CapCut, or equivalent design and editing tools.
• Management: Write catchy copy, schedule posts, and track how your content performs against real e-commerce metrics.
• Optimisation: Review content performance data to understand why a video performed well and apply those learnings directly to our next production.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Live and breathe TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internet culture.
• Are highly proficient in Canva and mobile video editing apps.
• Are organised, proactive, and love experimenting with new creative styles.
• Bonus (but not a must): You are comfortable appearing in front of the camera for social content.

The Experience You'll Gain

You will get hands-on exposure to building a modern brand portfolio. Beyond just creating content, you will learn the business side of creativity, understanding how a video connects directly to marketing, sales, and consumer behaviour.

Job Details

• Duration: 6 to 12 months
• Commitment: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm)
• Location: Hybrid / Singapore office
