Job summary

Astro Health Ventures, a Singapore health-tech brand, is hiring a fresh diploma or degree graduate who loves making short-form video for our brand. This full-time role involves creating content at volume for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, with on-site shoot days in Singapore.

You will write hooks, scripts, and captions, film with doctors and actors when needed, and edit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.

Responsibilities

• Come up with short-form video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid ads
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and simple storyboards
• Film content with doctors, team members, creators and actors when needed
• Create UGC-style videos that feel real, not like ads
• Turn patient experiences into relatable stories
• Edit quickly in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar tools
• Make multiple hook/caption variations for testing
• Study ad/content performance with the marketing team and optimize accordingly
• Build a swipe file of ideas from health, wellness, beauty and consumer brands
• Maintain a steady pipeline of new creative assets each week

Location and eligibility. This is a Singapore-based role with regular shoot days on-site. We will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.

About us

Astro Health Ventures is a Singapore healthcare company re-shaping how traditional medical services are delivered. We build and run specialised digital clinics, pairing licensed doctors with technology we build ourselves. Our first venture, Trimly (trimly.sg), is an MOH-licensed clinic providing medically supervised weight management in Singapore. We are founder-led with seven-figure monthly revenue, and short-form video is the biggest creative lever in our growth.

The role

We are hiring a fresh diploma or degree graduate who loves making short-form video and wants to do it full-time, at volume, for a brand where the numbers show what works.

What you’ll do

• Come up with short-form video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid ads
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and simple storyboards
• Film content with our doctors, team members, creators and actors when needed
• Create UGC-style videos that feel real, not like ads
• Turn what we know about our patients (constant hunger, years of dieting, busy schedules, hormonal challenges) into stories people recognise themselves in
• Edit quickly in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or whatever gets it shipped
• Make multiple versions of hooks, intros, captions and formats for testing
• Study ad and content performance with the marketing team and improve based on what works
• Build a swipe file of strong ideas from health, wellness, beauty and consumer brands
• Keep a steady pipeline of new creative assets coming every week

We are a healthcare brand, so everything you make goes through a compliance review before it goes live, and our content follows Singapore's health advertising rules. You will learn those guardrails in your first week.

Who we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in any field. Media, film, communications or marketing helps, but your portfolio matters more than your course
• You genuinely enjoy making content and understand short-form video culture
• You have a portfolio, TikTok or Instagram account, or past content you can show us. School, personal and freelance projects all count
• You understand hooks, pacing, captions and framing, and why people keep watching
• You can write simple, emotionally clear scripts
• You can film and edit on your own
• You would rather test many ideas than spend a week on one "perfect" video
• You take feedback well and turn revisions around quickly
• You are based in Singapore and can film locally

Nice to have

• Experience making UGC ads or performance marketing creatives
• Experience working with creators, influencers or non-actors on camera
• Familiarity with Meta ads, TikTok ads or creative testing
• Comfortable with AI image and video tools
• Basic design skills for thumbnails, subtitles and simple graphics
• Comfortable appearing on camera, though this is not required

What success looks like

Success means we are consistently launching new content that helps us learn what our audience responds to. You don’t need every video to be a winner. You do need to help us produce, test, learn and improve quickly.

• Ability to find different angles for the same pain point
• Improvement in ad and content performance over time

What we offer

• S$3,000 to S$4,500 a month depending on portfolio, plus 13th month bonus
