Job summary

Hey Co Group Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Social Media and Community Manager to lead content creation across outlets, capturing food & drinks, customer vibes, and behind-the-scenes moments. Daily posts and stories will keep audiences engaged and the brand vibrant.

Own platform management for Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu, adapting content to each channel, and driving growth through influencer collaborations and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute weekly content shoots across outlets.
• Capture food & drinks hero content, customer vibes, and staff stories.
• Produce short-form videos for TikTok/Instagram Reels and daily posts.

Responsibilities

• Content creation and execution across outlets.
• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu; tailor content per platform.
• Identify and outreach to local and Chinese influencers; coordinate tastings and collaborations.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand to execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, events and activations.
• Work with designers and other teams on visuals, engagement, and reply strategy.
• Track views, reach, engagement, and identify winning content to scale.

We’re now looking for a Social Media and Community Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Execution

• Plan and execute weekly content shoots across outlets
• Capture: Food & drinks (hero content), customer vibes & crowd, behind-the-scenes and staff personality content
• Produce: Short-form videos (TikTok / Instagram Reels) and
• Daily posts & stories

2. Platform Management

Manage and grow:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• Xiao Hong Shu (小红书)
• Adapt content to each platform:
• TikTok Trend-driven, viral content
• Instagram Brand storytelling & aesthetics
• XHS Discovery & lifestyle content

3. KOL / Influencer Marketing

• Identify and outreach to influencers (local & Chinese audience)
• Coordinate tastings and collaborations
• Track performance and ROI

4. Campaign Execution

Work with Head of Brand to execute:

• Promotions (e.g. happy hour, new menu launches)
• Seasonal campaigns
• Events & activations

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Designer (visuals & creatives)
• Community Manager (engagement & replies)
• Head of Brand (strategy & direction)

6. Performance & Optimization

Track:

• Views, reach, engagement
• Content performance
• Identify winning content and scale quickly
• Stay updated with trends and platform changes
• KPIs (Success Metrics)
• Consistent content output
• Growth in engagement and followers
• High-performing / viral content
• Campaign execution speed
• Contribution to brand awareness and traffic

7. Community and Loyalty Task

• Google reviews, answering messages, managing the hello@emails.
• Backend help with the integrations, Eber, liaising with dining platforms
• Menu updates across all platforms
• KOL outreach, coordinating with outlet on the visits
