ARSLAN SRS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SOC Lead for our 24/7 Security Operations Centre in a logistics and supply-chain environment.

The role requires coordinating 24/7 SOC operations, monitoring real-time events, and ensuring timely incident response in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate brings strong incident-management skills, familiarity with logistics tech (TMS/WMS, GPS tracking), and excellent reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC operations or security monitoring.
• Strong situational awareness and incident management skills.
• Familiarity with logistics/supply-chain environments is a plus.
• Familiar with TMS/WMS, GPS tracking and control-tower dashboards.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Valid security credentials and background screening.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including day/night rotations.

Location: Woodlands, Singapore

Salary: S$7,000/month

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts
Working Days: 22 days/month

We are looking for an experienced SOC Lead to join our dedicated 24/7 Security Operations Centre supporting a logistics and supply-chain monitoring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate 24/7 SOC operations

• Monitor real-time events, incidents and alerts

• Ensure timely detection, escalation and incident response

• Maintain accurate logs and shift/incident reports

• Coordinate closely with Logistics teams and relevant stakeholders

• Ensure continuous day-and-night operational coverage

Requirements

• Experience in SOC operations, security monitoring or control-room environments

• Strong situational awareness and incident-management skills

• Experience in logistics/supply-chain environments is an advantage

• Familiarity with TMS/WMS, GPS tracking and control-tower dashboards

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Valid security credentials and ability to meet required background-screening standards

• Comfortable working 12‑hour shifts, including day and night rotations

Operating Model

Dedicated 24/7/365 SOC coverage
Day Shift: 0800–2000 hrs
Night Shift: 2000–0800 hrs
