We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain SOC Specialist to join our Logistics Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), supporting real-time shipment monitoring and supply chain security operations.
Monitor active supply chain shipments through approved monitoring platforms, including dashboards, alerts, route status, location updates and tracking-device status
Monitor and follow up on elevated-risk, delayed, overdue and incident-related shipments
Assess and manage security alerts including route deviations, unauthorized/prolonged stops, tracking loss, geofence violations, tamper alerts and cargo-theft indicators
Verify alerts and coordinate with Logistics teams, carriers, drivers, platform support and relevant stakeholders
Escalate suspicious, high-risk or confirmed security incidents in accordance with approved procedures
Support incident response, recovery activities and investigations where required
Maintain accurate SOC logs, trackers and incident records, including escalation details, supporting evidence and case references
Conduct proper shift handovers and provide timely updates, notifications and operational reports
Report platform or communication disruptions and support approved alternate monitoring methods
Identify recurring risks, trends and opportunities for process improvement
Diploma or Degree in Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in SOC/GSOC, Supply Chain Security, Logistics, Transportation, Control Tower, Incident Management or Command Centre operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience managing incidents, escalations and stakeholder communications
Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
Experience with shipment monitoring, GPS tracking, telematics or supply chain visibility platforms such as Overhaul
Experience supporting high-value or high-risk cargo movements
Experience in regional or global operations centres
Sound understanding of transportation, logistics and supply chain operations
