Job summary

Snow Dance Studio is seeking a Fresh Graduate / Management Trainee to run the heartbeat of our studio. You will manage studio bookings, greet customers, supervise front-desk operations, and maintain a clean environment while supporting events and content creation.

Your energetic, bilingual (English and Chinese) spirit and high organizational skills will drive day-to-day operations and growth, with comprehensive training provided.

• Fresh Graduate / Management Trainee profile.
• Bilingual English and Chinese; highly organized and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Manage & promote studio bookings, scheduling, and inquiries.
• Greet students, support teachers, and maintain a premium front-desk experience.
• Oversee cleanliness, opening/closing protocols, and inventory.
• Assist in workshops, events, and content creation.

Job description

Selected candidate can enjoy dance class vouchers, or use grand piano for rehearsal or host a private movie nights at our screening room.

• Starting Salary: S$800 – S$1,800 (Fresh Graduate)
• Performance-Based Progression: Up to $2000 – S$3,200+ based on operational responsibilities, business development, and independent studio management.

Job ScopeDay-to-Day Studio Operations & Management

Manage & promote studio bookings, scheduling, and customer inquiries smoothly.Welcome students, support teachers, and ensure a premium front-desk experience.Oversee studio cleanliness, opening/closing protocols, and inventory.Ultimate Goal: Master daily operations to run the studio independently.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Ideate and execute content for Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and TikTok.
• Film behind-the-scenes moments, classes, and studio events.
• Basic video editing, trendy posting, and community engagement.
• Event Coordination & Execution

Support workshops, dance events, collaborations, and photoshoots.Brainstorm creative promotions to drive student enrollment and community growth.
