Job summary

Galaxy Dance Academy is seeking a welcoming Client Experience professional to be the first contact for students, parents and visitors at our Purvis Street studio.

You will manage enquiries, bookings and payments, delivering friendly service in English and Chinese to support our diverse clientele. The role offers growth into senior positions with mentorship and a vibrant dance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or currently studying toward a diploma or degree (part time or full time accepted).
• At least 1 year in a service, retail, administrative or customer-facing role.
• Good spoken and written English; Chinese language is valued for serving clientele.
• Comfortable with Mac and Google Workspace; able to learn scheduling/admin software.
• Experience in education, wellness or the arts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, professional first point of contact for every student, parent and visitor.
• Deliver friendly service in English and Chinese to support our Chinese-speaking clientele.
• Answer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email quickly and helpfully.
• Manage class bookings, studio schedules, registrations and attendance records.
• Follow up on enquiries and support students through enrollment.
