Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts with deep engagement to improve workers’ welfare and work prospects.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for SME employers—understanding business challenges and workforce needs.
Curate and recommend relevant programmes (e.g., CTC grants, job redesign, training) in collaboration with NTUC Jobs Council and partners.
Guide SMEs through transformation roadmaps aligning enterprise growth with job redesign and upskilling.
Coordinate across NTUC units to deliver integrated enterprise–workforce solutions.
Support companies in implementing structured workplace transformation projects, including training plans and HR systems.
Develop a systematic approach to engage SME workers within assigned companies.
Promote union membership and access to NTUC benefits as part of the value proposition.
