Responsibilities

• Possess good knowledge of employment-related schemes and programmes under e2i and the Government.
• Develop new and deepen current partnerships with unions, companies, and training providers for outreach to workers.
• Collaborate with partners to co-create interventions for impacted workers, including employability training.
• Provide employment facilitation assistance and manage enquiries for impacted workers on job matching and referrals.
• Oversee resources to optimise ground deployment and support.
• Assist in data cleaning and entry, and track client cases in case management systems.
• Prepare data into clear reports for management decisions.
