You will assess clients' financial situations, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with credit and operations to secure timely approvals. A self-driven, target-focused mindset is essential.

Job Scope:

• Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing need

• Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solution

• Assess clients' financial situations and propose suitable loan structure

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationship

• Work closely with internal credit and operations team to facilitate approvals and disbursement

• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experience

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in SME Loan / Property / Insurance Sales

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
