Job summary

BizSaver Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee to drive sales and marketing of a wide spectrum of business banking products and services for SME clients. You will help meet financial, property and protection needs and build relationships to identify new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes market outreach, compliance with MAS policies, and the ability to manage and structure deals with prospective SME customers, while developing and executing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Banking & Finance will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to corporate lending/credit will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Insurance, Property, Direct Sales Welcome!
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong acquisition skills and confidence to do well under pressure
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop new working relationships, warm lead referrals from existing customers and/or network
• Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects
• Market company’s suite of financial products to potential customers.
• Provide prudent financial, property and protection solutions to meet the needs of SME customers
• Customer relationship management to spot new business opportunities, understand customers' requirements, structure deal and proper evaluation of credit risks to achieve a balance stance for the customer
• Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to MAS policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA, AML, CDD, KYC and other related statutory Acts)
