• Provide high-quality client service support to Midcap clients.
• Manage and resolve client inquiries, transaction requests, and service issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Product teams to deliver seamless banking solutions.
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation processes in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
