Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Recruiter/Consultant to lead SmartRecruiters deployments across end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work with business stakeholders to translate hiring needs into system configurations and manage workflows from requisitions to candidate lifecycle.

The role involves integrating SmartRecruiters with other HR systems, supporting data migration, reporting, and dashboards, and guiding teams through UAT and go-live.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration experience.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in system integrations and working with technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience with global or regional stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation and configuration of SmartRecruiters across end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Work with stakeholders to gather recruitment requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Configure workflows, hiring processes, approvals, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle.
• Support integrations between SmartRecruiters and other systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, background check vendors, job boards).
• Provide data migration support, reporting setup, and dashboard configuration.
• Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-live stabilization.
• Provide functional advisory and best-practice guidance to HR teams.
