Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to streamline interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding processes. You will liaise with stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.

The role involves supporting employer branding initiatives and contributing to special projects, all within a hybrid work setting that combines virtual and office-based activities.

Qualifications

• Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (virtual and office).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Liaise with Recruitment Operations and internal stakeholders to support hiring activities and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Assist with screening resumes and arranging interviews based on hiring requirements.
• Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as they arise ensuring our team remains agile and responsive.
