Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore is looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring across our Singapore offices. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and liaise with Recruitment Operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

The role requires strong organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. You will help promote the company as an employer of choice and assist stakeholders with role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Liaise with Recruitment Operations and internal stakeholders to support hiring activities and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Assist with screening resumes and arranging interviews based on hiring requirements.
• Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.
