Job summary

STYL Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an independent Warehouse Logistics Administrator with a strong drive to succeed to join our team. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and inbound/outbound logistics across the supply chain, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role demands detail-orientation, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced SME environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/WMS systems, SAP and other relevant systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Manage partner 3PLs relationship, enquiry and efficiency.
• Track and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and other systems; conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with providers; track shipments and address issues.
• Prepare shipping docs, invoices, and customs paperwork; monitor timelines.
• Update internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support demand planning and product allocation to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards; generate KPI reports.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse and logistics tasks as needed.
