Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore seeks a seasoned Technology Solutions Lead for smart resort initiatives. You will drive the implementation and integration of robotics, IoT, and video analytics in a 24/7 environment, ensuring reliability and optimal guest experiences.

You'll coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and operations, maintain documentation, monitor system performance, handle incidents and continuous improvement, and guide staff through new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in video analytics, surveillance, or related tech in 24/7 environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from PoC to production rollout and support.
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, IT teams, and stakeholders in critical tech environments.
• Certifications in AI, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data analytics, or video surveillance are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in video analytics, computer vision, smart surveillance, IoT, AI/ML, or related technology implementation in a production or 24/7 operational environment.
• Experience supporting end-to-end solution delivery, from proof-of-concept and implementation through production rollout and operational support.
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders in business-critical technology environments.
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data analytics, or video surveillance technologies would be advantageous.

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of video analytics systems, CCTV infrastructure, IP cameras, VMS platforms, NVRs, video streams, edge/cloud platforms, and smart surveillance operations.
• Good understanding of video system networking, including VLANs, bandwidth planning, firewalls, routing, VPN, DNS, and network latency.
• Good understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance considerations relating to video surveillance and analytics systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across camera, network, server, application, analytics, and integration layers, including incident response, root cause analysis, service recovery, system health checks, and alert validation.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, including technical proposal review, implementation coordination, defect tracking, service quality oversight, UAT support, performance validation, and post‑implementation support.
• Strong documentation skills, including solution designs, test plans, support guides, operational SOPs, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to support business‑critical operations during peak periods, major incidents, weekends, evenings, or on‑call rotations.
• Familiarity with video streaming and integration protocols, including RTSP, ONVIF, HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT, WebSocket, REST APIs, and SDK‑based integrations.
• Ability to evaluate video analytics accuracy and AI/ML model performance, including false positives, false negatives, confidence levels, environmental constraints, camera angles, lighting, occlusion, and tuning considerations.
