Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated security professional to monitor operations, respond to incidents, and support the security operations centre within the resort in Singapore.

You will ensure professional service, manage access control and verification of identification, and comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs while supporting high-value asset protection and shift coverage including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Meet the statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
• Ensure and maintain customer service standards & uphold professionalism.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid PLRD license.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Security Surveillance and Response: monitor security operations and patrol resort properties and critical installations, respond to incidents per procedures.
• Operational Support: assist the security operations centre with emergencies and real-time updates.
• Customer Service and Professionalism: maintain a professional demeanour and provide assistance per SOPs.
• Access Control and Enforcement: manage casino entry/exit points and verify IDs per regulatory requirements.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with governmental legislation per SOPs.
• Additional Duties: escort or handle valuables and perform tasks as directed by management.
