Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, HR, Marketing).
• 7–10 years in learning and development, business development, account management, events or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead skills assessment to identify current vs required competencies.
• Design and implement training programmes using Skills Frameworks and SkillsFuture resources.
• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions with schools and academic partners.
• Track and report on training outcomes, ROI and progress of learners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for continuous learning.
