Job summary

You will design training programmes, organise workshops, monitor performance, report outcomes, and help secure government funding where applicable, contributing to industry growth and organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7–10 years in learning and development, business development, account management, events or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead skills gap analyses and assessments across organisations.
• Design and implement training programmes using recognised frameworks.
• Coordinate training events and liaise with academic partners and SMEs.
