Job summary

KING DAO CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site supervisor to direct daily mechanical and electrical installation works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and method statements.

You will schedule manpower, manage site logistics, and coordinate material deliveries to maintain continuous workflow. You will conduct inspections to verify workmanship, enforce WSH regulations, liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve conflicts, and interpret M&E and

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC/Higher NITEC, or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1 to 5+ years of on-site supervisory experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Trade certifications and safety credentials such as the BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) course.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation works to ensure adherence to approved drawings and method statements
• Schedule daily manpower deployment and manage site logistics to maintain continuous workflow and prevent stoppages
• Coordinate timely material delivery to support uninterrupted site operations
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship quality, identify site clashes or technical issues, and implement corrective actions
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations by conducting toolbox meetings and ensuring compliance with permit-to-work requirements
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, main contractors, and client representatives to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth project execution
• Interpret complex M&E and architectural blueprints to guide quality control and track project progress
• Lead teams effectively by planning manpower and resolving conflicts while maintaining clear reporting on site activities
