Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a site supervisor to lead and coordinate subcontractors on construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure works align with contract specifications and industrial standards, and you will assist in addressing any defects or rectifications that arise.

The role requires a Certificate in Building Supervision or a related discipline, with experience in HDB BSC operations considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline.
• Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications.
