Job summary

CSC Enterprise (S'pore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead maintenance projects for residential estates in Singapore.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, track progress to meet schedules, and ensure compliance with contract specifications and industry standards. Candidates should hold a Certificate in Building Supervision; Mandarin and English fluency is required to handle queries from residents and associates. Prior HDB BSC operations experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate in Building Supervision or an equivalent qualification.
• Mandarin and English fluency required to handle queries from residents/associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure subcontractors execute their works in accordance with industrial standards and contract specifications.
• Assist in addressing project defects and rectifications.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
