Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a site supervisor to lead and coordinate subcontractors on a construction project in Singapore. You will ensure works align with scheduled timelines, contractual specs, and industry standards while supervising the execution of tasks on site.

The role requires holding a Building Supervision certificate and may value prior exposure to HDB BSC operations. You will also assist with defects and rectifications and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline.
• Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage.
