Job summary

K.U.S FORMWORK & SCAFFOLDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced site supervisor to supervise aluminum formwork installation, coordinate material logistics and ensure compliance with safety and project standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of site supervision experience, a Civil Engineering qualification, and fluency in Mandarin. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential to work with the site team and contractors on complex formwork projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH Coordinator/Supervisor) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and on-site supervision to contractors during initial assembling of system formwork.
• Coordinate with the site team to arrange timely delivery, distribution, and return of materials and equipment.
• Monitor correct use of equipment on site and ensure proper applications and assembly of formwork.
• Troubleshoot technical problems at the jobsite and implement formwork solutions.
• Conduct safety briefings and promote safe work practices per safety standards.
• Review design drawings/technical specs against site conditions for constructability and compliance.
• Generate Project Information Report for Sales Team and Management.
• Perform project coordination duties including transportation logistics and site operations.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide training and on-site supervision (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with the site team to arrange the timely delivery, distribution, and return of materials and equipment.
• Monitor the correct use of equipment at jobsite while ensuring that the customer/client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork.
• Troubleshoot technical problems at jobsite and execute formwork solutions.
• Conduct safety briefings and promote safe work practices, ensuring compliance with established safety standards and procedures.
• Review and verify design drawings/ technical against actual site conditions to ensure constructability, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Responsible to generate Project Information Report for Sales Team and Management
• Perform project coordination duties, including transportation logistics and other site-related operational responsibilities.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties/ task assigned by Superior.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.
• Knowledge or experience in Aluminum System Formwork is added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and relevant regulations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH Coordinator/Supervisor) is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Purpose:

To support construction site operations by supervising aluminum formwork installation, coordinating material logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and project standards.
