Job summary

• A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.
• Knowledge or experience in Aluminum System Formwork is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and regulations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH Coordinator/Supervisor) are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide training and on-site supervision (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

2. Coordinate with the site team to arrange the timely delivery, distribution, and return of materials and equipment.

3. Monitor the correct use of equipment at jobsite while ensuring that the customer/client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork.

4. Troubleshoot technical problems at jobsite and execute formwork solutions.

5. Conduct safety briefings and promote safe work practices, ensuring compliance with established safety standards and procedures.

6. Review and verify design drawings/ technical against actual site conditions to ensure constructability, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

7. Responsible to generate Project Information Report for Sales Team and Management

8. Perform project coordination duties, including transportation logistics and other site-related operational responsibilities.

9. To perform any other ad hoc duties/ task assigned by Superior.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.

• Knowledge or experience in Aluminum System Formwork is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and relevant regulations.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH Coordinator/Supervisor) is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
