Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.
• Knowledge or experience in Aluminum System Formwork is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and regulations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH Coordinator/Supervisor) are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and on-site supervision to contractors during initial assembling of system formwork.
• Coordinate with site team for timely delivery, distribution, and return of materials and equipment.
• Monitor correct use of equipment and ensure proper application of formwork.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and implement formwork solutions.
• Conduct safety briefings and promote safe work practices per standards.
• Review design drawings against site conditions for constructability and compliance.
• Prepare Project Information Reports for Sales Team and Management
• Perform project coordination duties including transportation logistics and site operations
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned
