HONG FEI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Site Supervisor with at least 3 years in civil engineering to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house workers on our Singapore projects. You will ensure compliance with project requirements, assist PM and project engineers, and monitor safety, quality, and progress at site, with Mandarin-speaking capability required to liaise with Chinese clients and project teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering.
• Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to co-ordinate with Chinese client and project team.
• High pro-active attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel and ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health standards.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of deadlines.
• Perform safety, equipment, materials routine inspection.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day.

Job Requirements
